Portland NAACP Portland 1120b Branch will hold its bienniel election on Thursday, November 17 from 3pm-7pm. This year, there will be no lines or paper ballots since the national NAACP is conducting an all electronic election, using Election Buddy.

To vote, a member in good standing is one with a membership current as of October 16. At least 30 days prior to the election date, electronic ballots will arrive by text to smartphones or to a confirmed email address.

The branch will host a moderated Candidates Forum on Thursday, November 10 from 6pm-8pm to provide an opportunity to hear from candidates.
