Fresh out of iStandards Beat Camp LA, Portland’s very own Trox teams up with North Carolina emcee Novej. With Trox’s heavy hitting bass and industry ready sound, Novej delivers a down south flow dedicated to making it back to the city. As many of you know the Portland producer has worked with various artists from local to label, exploring the different sounds and opportunities along the way. The duo definitely displays a smooth design of cohesiveness and chemistry throughout the record. I’m thinking they might be onto something here.
