I was never a fan of Carlos Rossi, but I might have to check out Bay Legend E-40’s new Earl Stevens Selections. I wasn’t even aware it was in stores up here yet, but apparently Mr. Four-Oh is in Portland today signing bottles at select Fred Meyers Locations.
