For the second installment in Girl Fest NW’s video interview series, I am pleased to present you with Blossom. Every week until our August 2nd show, Girl Fest NW will be releasing a video interview with one of the artists from the line up, as a way to introduce you to the amazing, talented women who will be performing.
Girl Fest NW will be held on August 2nd, 2014 in Lola’s Room at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland and is an all ages music festival designed to promote female musicians in the Northwest. No, that does not mean men will be turned away at the door — and yes, people have asked. [Editor’s Note: They really have though…] Girl Fest NW has been created to provide a space where men and women can come together to support and appreciate the noise being made by the fantastically talented women in our region.
