Portland’s big-press favorite Tope caught us off-guard with this release today, a 4-track EP titled Chicken Wings & Ice Cream… which sounds like the title of a Ludacris album. Tope gets illy on production from Stewie, Trox and Mark Steez, testing the waters with vague, yet braggadocious tales of lady collecting.
