Some people move from the Northwest to chase a dream and never look back. Not Cory Kendrix.

Consistently busy and constantly improving, the Austin-based / Oregon-bred rapper/producer released his latest project today. Filled with slappy beats and syrupy flows, Ignorance delivers a fresh feel to the ever-interesting topics of sex and drugs.

Portland producer Stewart Villain delivers a monster beat on one of the album’s best tracks, Theme Song. The final track, Black Roses, is super clean as well. Really a rather cohesive project, I definitely recommend giving it some spin.
