Q Dot is from Tacoma but insists he’s from Federal Way. A panelist I met while filming the #FreshestInTheNW debates, he’s also a talented musician touring the State of Washington with Dead Prez. His single, Black Gold, touchingly describes his experiences growing up, and might be the best thing BET ever co-signed.
