Rushing to put out an album every 6 months isn’t always the best look. Sometimes it’s better to put out a quality album and work it till the wheels fall off. Mic Capes became one of my favorite artists in Portland after he dropped his solo record, Rise & Grind, in September last year. I was reminded when I heard Concrete Dreams on the NW Breakout Show this last Sunday night. Good ish.
