WOHM WOHM! Bullè

Bullè doesn’t actually endorse bullying, especially while on the water.

“That’s a bad time for all,” explained co-founder Aaron Moiel.

Moiel and Nick Woolley decided on the name Bullè for their clothing line because they wanted something that would work more as a symbol and would speak to multiple demographics.

“Everything has happened so quickly for our company, we are still trying to keep up with it all. Having only had our downtown storefront open to the public for a month, we’ve already needed to restock almost our entire line.” Woolley continued, “The response has been amazing. We are glad the public reaction has been so positive, there’s really no telling how far this company will go if it keeps up this momentum. Made locally. We ship globally.”

Woolley and Moiel linked up originally and planned on making music together. Both are emcees. Moiel goes by Half Man Half; Woolley, N.VS. After making a couple of songs, they began discussing branding and marketing options. This conversation led to a change in focus and a clothing store that opened Sept 6.

All of the shirts are printed locally, and they have entered the jewelry industry as well – featuring a display case that boasts wood bracelets, and chain necklaces.

“My favorite piece that we’ve done so far is the Bullē – Regatta Crewneck in the Heather grey colorway. Light Heather Grey has always been a classic staple of my sweatshirt collection since the early 90’s,” said Woolley.

Bullē Headquarters is located in downtown Portland, OR on NW 10th St. – in-between Glisan and Hoyt.
