Donald Trump announced that he will not run as an independent in the 2012 Presidential Election if Mitt Romney is the Republican nominee.
Trump said about Romney, “He’s not going to continue to allow bad things to happen to this country.”

The Washington Post reports that the suspect in last year’s Tucson shooting, that killed six people and injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, is believed to be incompetent to stand trial. A hearing is scheduled for Monday, where the court will decided whether Jared Lee Loughner will remain in federal prison.
Mental health experts have determined Loughner suffers from schizophrenia. Officials at the federal prison facility in Springfield, Missouri have been forcibly medicating him.
No word about whether or not he will be appearing on Sarah Palin’s next reality show “X Marks the Spot”.
Josh Brewer was arrested after police checked his home for marijuana. Officers found 10 ounces on him and his cousin–which is well under the pound and a half they are each legally allowed–but they also found an additional two pounds drying on coat hangers in their living room.
After a debate over what could be defined as “useable marijuana”, Brewer was found innocent.
“Without the hanging marijuana, there is no evidence that defendant possessed more than the lawful amount of ‘useable marijuana,'” said the state brief on Brewer’s appeal.
Brewer said he was glad the coppers didn’t find the meth lab and dead bodies hidden under his house. (That’s a joke).
