I saw Stewart Villain last month at TheTHESIS, he insisted that he was done rapping… Yeah, whatever Stew.

J Plath meanwhile is preparing for his solo debut project, Fuck My Rep, and released a trap single, Jump Shot, about a week ago. Much to my surprise, the single includes a featured verse from none other than The Villain himself.

Plath’s lane seems clear – hustle friendly trap music – and with a voice reminiscent of (actually retired) Seattle rapper Thaddeus David, he comes across as a natural. Peep the latest and keep an eye out for more from the Portland upstart.
