I love watching InfinitRakz’ moves. Dude probably has one of the most mainstream sounds in Portland, yet seems to get very little mainstream buzz in Portland. Oh well… Portland gonna Portland.
Rakz just keeps putting out slaps though and the numbers don’t lie. 5 Letters is both a warning and an apology of sorts as the rapper reflects on his own past, the legacy passed the younger generation, and what we have beyond our lives to give to the culture. Mike Gomes delivers a deeply emotional vocal hook to anchor the track, and if anybody knows this guy’s Twitter handle, please shoot me a message? Great work here. You’ll have to check it out.
