It seems like it just yesterday since the inaugural Thesis event in December. But with Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa and the New Years holidays taking over much of our lives, it really has been a month already. The first WOHM x KPSU collaboration show went very well, nearly selling out Kelly’s Olympian despite their recently restored capacity allowance of 112 and attracting both new fans and an impressive cast of Portland rap icons.

The next edition rolls out tomorrow at Kelly’s. If you tuned into KPSU Radio last night, you already know that Epp (of TxE fame) is headlining with a solo set, with D3 (TNO Records) and Markis Apollo on-board for supporting sets. You also might have learned a thing or two about the Portland arts scene, Ja Rule, Rasheed Wallace, or even Batman… whom Epp hopes will pop up with a surprise set tomorrow. Anything’s possible I guess.

I think we can say, this was a success! #TheTHESIS

If you missed the radio interview and/or could use a good laugh, you can stream it here. If you want to get out and see an intimate hip-hop show that makes aesthetic sense and won’t bore you, we’ll see you tomorrow at Kelly’s. Swag.
