I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter about Portland youngin’ Kamara Slim‘s new project Done Right. Lyrically strong, the 8 track EP caught me off guard with clever lines and well-thought songs, despite some hit and miss production.
Slim does a good job repping NEP though and switches up his style here and there, most notably doing his best Cassow impression on King – which is one of my favorite songs on the album along with Mind Games and Eye Opener. Def worth a spin or two, you should check it out sooner than later.
